I am a health services researcher interested in unveiling the complex nexus of individual, social, and environmental factors that shape disparities in healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. I specialize in synthesizing diverse data streams, including EHR, insurance claims, patient surveys, ecological momentary assessment, and textual analyses to extract targeted insights into geriatric healthcare using Stata, Python, and SQL. As a graduate student, I have explored the topics of ageism, bereavement, and support exchanges among older adults and their family members. My postdoctoral training at the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), as well as the changes in public health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, led me to expand my research focus to the heterogeneity of digital inequality in later life and its impact on older adults’ primary care access and clinical outcomes. Findings from these studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as The Gerontologist, Journal of Marriage and Family,  Journals of Gerontology Series B: Psychological and Social Science, and Journal of the American Geriatrics Society
